Q1: How much does a session actually cost?

A1: The $299 booking fee holds your date and gets you into the studio. The total depends on the photos and products you pick at your viewing session afterward — I'll be honest with you about typical investment on our 20-min chat. No surprises, no pressure. The $200 credit applies to your final purchase.

Q2: How long is a session?

A2: About 5 hours, start to finish. We begin with professional hair and makeup, then move into styling with the client closet — picking your favourite 5 outfits — and we shoot for about 3 hours. Plan your day around it. It's the kind of day you'll want to be present for.

Q3: What do I wear?

A3: Whatever you love. The studio closet has a curated collection of lingerie, robes, bodysuits, sweaters, jackets — pretty much anything you might want for a shoot. We'll style together at the start of your session. If you have favourites from home, bring them too. I have a journal post on this at aiota.ca/boudoir-journal.

Q4: What does "private viewing" mean? Do my photos go anywhere?

A4: About 2 weeks after the shoot we meet again — just you and me, about 2 hours — and we look through your favourite photos together. You pick the ones you love. Nothing goes public without your explicit OK. Most of my favourite shoots stay between me and the client.

Q5: Do you shoot couples, postpartum, plus-size, non-binary?

A5: Yes — all of it. Boudoir, couples, intimate maternity, postpartum, non-binary, post-divorce, post-anything. I'm a champion of women, men, trans and non-binary folks. If you've been told you don't fit other studios' shoots, you fit mine.
