“All day today I felt so happy and much calmer. Almost as if yesterday pushed me in a different direction and my insecurities and anxieties were set at bay and I could get on with my day with more clarity. People at work even said I was less stressed! Those nagging negative thoughts that sometimes creep in were dulled and I haven’t for felt that in a while. I still can’t believe I did it!

I do think it was a function of me pushing my boundaries and doing something that I only thought “other people” could do...not little old me with all my baggage! “Other people” who have their shit together and who are confident and assure of themselves.
